Anyone Can Spend Your Budget. Growing Your Store Is the Hard Part.

You've hit the ceiling: spending more, but new-customer growth has plateaued. Here's what's usually going on under the hood.

The PMax Black Box

Your account leans on automated campaigns that chase the easy wins, mostly people already about to buy from you. That's not growth, that's harvesting.

Real cost: Budget spent buying customers you'd have gotten anyway.

ROAS That Hides the Truth

A “4x ROAS” looks great until you back out product cost, shipping, and returns. Plenty of “winning” campaigns quietly lose money.

Real cost: You scale the exact campaigns eating your margin.

Systems That Don't Talk

Your store, ad platforms, and inventory don't share data, so spend pushes out-of-stock products and starves your real winners.

Real cost: Wasted budget and a broken buyer journey.

Most Agencies Just Harvest the Demand You Already Earned.

Branded search and set-and-forget PMax scoop up people who were already going to buy from you, then take credit for the sale. That's not growth. It's a toll booth on your own traffic.

What most agencies do

Harvest existing demand

Bid on your own brand, lean on automation, and report a shiny ROAS built almost entirely on customers who already knew you. Spend more, and the “growth” flatlines the moment you do.

What we do

Create new demand

We go get people who don't know you yet, prove the offer to cold audiences, and build a system that adds new customers instead of re-billing the ones you had. That's growth you can actually scale.

How We Actually Scale a Store

Systematic, predictable, profitable. No guesswork, no set-and-forget.

01

We Start With Your Margins, Not Your Clicks

Before we touch a campaign, we dig into your real numbers, product margins, LTV, and where budget leaks on low-value clicks, then build around what actually makes you money.

02

We Fix the Plumbing, Not Just the Ads

We move you off set-and-forget PMax, diversify beyond branded search, and fix the tracking and feed issues quietly breaking your customer journey.

03

We Bring You the Next Move

Weekly alerts, monthly action plans, quarterly reviews. You get a partner who shows up with the next idea before you have to ask.

That 4x ROAS? Let's See What You Actually Keep.

Questions? We've Got Straight Answers.

Anything we didn't cover? Ask when you request your free Growth Plan and we'll give it to you straight.

1Why would I pay for eCommerce marketing instead of doing it myself?
You could learn Google Shopping feeds, Facebook ad creative, conversion rate optimization, retargeting strategies, and constantly changing platform algorithms. Or you could focus on sourcing better products, improving margins, and growing your business while we handle the marketing that actually drives sales.
2What separates good eCommerce agencies from bad ones?
Good agencies focus on profitable growth, optimizing ads, creative, conversion rates, and user experience to actually improve your bottom line. They report on revenue and ROAS, not just traffic. Bad agencies celebrate clicks and sessions while your profit margins shrink. If an agency won't show you how their work impacts profit, find a different agency.
3Do you require long-term contracts?
We ask for a 3-month commitment for ongoing eCommerce services. Here's why: meaningful optimization takes time. We need to test ads strategically, optimize your site experience, refine product feeds, and collect performance data. Agencies offering no commitment typically expect high turnover, which says a lot about their results.
4Who owns the data and creative?
You do. Everything we create, ad copy, images, videos, product feeds, campaign data, customer insights, belongs to you. We won't hold your assets hostage if you decide to leave or manage campaigns yourself. It's your store, your budget, your data.
5Do you restrict access to my accounts?
Never. You get full admin access to your Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Merchant Center, and any other platform we manage. It's your money, your campaigns, your data, you should be able to see everything, anytime.
6Is your fee based on how much I spend each month?
No. We charge flat monthly rates based on service level and campaign complexity, not a percentage of ad spend. This keeps pricing predictable and eliminates any incentive to push higher budgets that don't improve ROAS. We win when your campaigns are efficient and profitable, not when they're expensive.
7How much should I be spending on advertising to work with you?
It depends on your market, but generally we recommend at least $3,000/month in ad spend for effective eCommerce marketing. National campaigns typically require budgets on the higher end, while regional or niche products can work with less. Below that, most of your budget goes toward testing without enough left to scale what's working.
8Do you specialize in eCommerce for a certain industry?
No, we work with online stores across many product categories including fashion, beauty, electronics, home goods, supplements, tech gadgets, and more. We don't niche down because the fundamentals of profitable eCommerce marketing work across industries. What changes is the targeting, creative, and pricing strategy, not the core optimization process.
9Do I need to set up new advertising accounts for you?
Nope. We work directly in your existing accounts, Google Ads, Facebook, Google Shopping, all of it. You just grant us admin access and we manage campaigns from there. Everything stays under your store name and billing. You maintain full ownership and can see everything we're doing in real time.
10How will I know if my eCommerce marketing is working?
You'll get detailed email reports showing campaign performance plus Loom video walkthroughs where we explain the results in language you actually understand, no marketing jargon. Revenue, ROAS, conversion rates, all of it. You stay fully informed through email and video updates, not endless status meetings that interrupt your day.
11Are there hidden fees I should know about?
No hidden fees. Our monthly rate covers campaign management, strategy, creative production, optimization, reporting, video updates, and communication. We don't charge separately for emails, questions, or updates. Additional costs are limited to your ad spend (paid to the platforms) and optional services outside our standard scope that we'd quote clearly beforehand.
12What's the timeline to launch campaigns?
Typically 1-2 weeks from when you decide to move forward. We'll do your free Growth Plan first, present our recommendations, and if you approve, we get to work immediately. Timeline depends on getting account access, optimizing your product feeds, any creative assets we need to create, and platform setup, but we don't waste time with drawn-out onboarding.

Google Shopping Ads Have No Keywords. Your Product Feed Is the Campaign.

For an online store, the most valuable Google ad isn't a text ad - it's the product photo at the top of a shopping search. And it has no keywords: Google reads your product feed and builds the ad from it. Your feed is the campaign - here's how to win with it.

Google's pushing AI Max hard -- more conversions, more reach, +7% at the same cost -- and it's replacing Dynamic Search Ads, so it's getting harder to avoid. For most small businesses on a limited budget, turning it on sprays money on searches you'd never choose and takes away the control you need.
